I recommend making an appointment for a re-fit with 2D or 3DMA options every 1-2 years, due to changes  with your cycling goals, body weight or flexibility.

A re-fit is recommended for cyclists who have had a fit before and may have changed anything, including the bike, saddles, handle bars and shoes etc.
